Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the line executive accessory I use the Esquire 2 for conference calls daily. The quad microphones are excellent for voice quality to the receiving party. The sound from the speaker is also excellent as one would expect from HK. The fit and finish is very appropriate for an executive environment and the better last every bot of the 8 hours claimed. I highly recommend this HK product.

Which speaker is better in sound quality? Squire 2 or onyx studio 3

These are two very different products. Both have the Harman/Kardon signature audio sound quality. Feature functionality was based on specific design application uses to accommodate our customer demands. Both portable. Yes. You are correct. Sound quality is the same. However the Onyx Studio 3 is louder.

I have Esquire2 speaker only 6months old, i can't use more then half an hour when it has full off charge. Also indicator shows 4 bars or 3 bars and then turn off it self.

What you are experiencing is not normal. Try charging the ESQUIRE 2 using another cable, power adapter and power source. If these thing didn't work, please try to reset the speaker by simply pressing and holding Volume + & phone button at the same time while it's on. When the unit is reset, it will power off, and turn on the unit again, and it is reset. If the issue persists, please submit a case at www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to further assist you.

My esquire two isnt charging even after connecting it to a wall charger and my laptop.. only one dot of light flashes even after being on charging for hours.. it turns on perfectly connects to bluetooth plays music but its not charging beyond one dot

1. Not getting clear conference calls, the other side cannot listen to me clear. Any idea how can I improve it, or anything i'm missing here ? for more clear and loud voice transmission? pls help urgent, i bought the speaker for this purpose only.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the ESQUIRE 2. Please make sure that you are speaking directly to the microphone. The microphone is located in the top front between the volume and function buttons behind the grille.

The ESQUIRE 2 cannot be used an external microphone and for conference call via aux cable. The ESQUIRE's microphone will only activate when the connected source via Bluetooth has an active call.

Hi. I'd like to know if it's possible to connect two HK E2 devices making them a pair of stereo speakers or as two independent speakers playing from the same source? Thanks

The ESQUIRE 2's cannot be paired together wirelessly. The only Harman Kardon models that can be paired together wirelessly are the ONYX STUDIO 3, ONYX MINI and the GO+PLAY with the help of the Wireless Dual Sound feature. However, If you play music from the source via wired connection, you can connect the 2 ESQUIRE's together using an AUX splitter cable which can be purchased at most electronics stores. It will only produce mono audio output.

I just bought the Mini Esquire on Amazon India. It worked great for the first day, but now it crackles very badly, even at low volume, and even during the system sounds it makes when pairing Bluetooth, for example. Please suggest a solution.

The way the speaker sounds on this unit is not normal, it seems that there is an internal problem with the speakers. Make sure that your ESQUIRE 2 is fully charged before connecting it to your device (phones or tablets). To determine where the problem is, please try using a different wall charger that is rated at 1.0A or higher or a different USB charging cable. I noticed you're in Spain. If the issue persists, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can.
