Now, with about 100 hours of streaming music, it continues to sound better all the time! My friends marvel at it as well and want one as soon as hearing it perform. And it's very attractive besides sounding great. Really pleased with this audio device!

How HK Company who develops premium speakers with a first level sound offer this awful and old App? If you read the comments of consumers you will see a lots like this. Problems with Wifi connection, with first setup Wifi, detection of speakers, and so on. I hope to see an App update with best features and a design in the same level of your products. Thanks!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Sound, Terrible Chromecast This speaker had great sound, but simply does not work correctly when casting with Chromecast . The music was choppy at startup, and cut out frequently during songs. This was not a Wifi issue, as it also happened when connected via network cable. I had the same exact issue with 3 different speakers, and support really had no interest in working with me after contacting them multiple times, so I returned them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from OMNI20 not + owner I have to say sound quality is nice and refined, not too bassy as competitors. Music quality is in all frequencies not only hard bass. Sounds great even the OMNI10. Said that, I bought an OMNI20 and an OMNI10 over a year and a half ago trusting HK sonund quality and expecting to be able to do what OMNI20+ can now do, connect directly to spotify. Now I can see I will never get to do that, and honestly made me a little angry and a little sad to know that. Also I have a problem with my OMNI20, even with the last firmware update every time I get connected to it on any device (PC, android smartphone) via bluetooth or wifi it makes an anoying noise like sssshhhhhh that makes it look like a cheap speaker with connection problems. The bad news is I am in Mexico and I dont know where to take it to be fixed, I hope I can get some help here.

I have the same trouble other people mention here: my HK Omni 20 suddenly started to buzz, doing a horrible noise like ssshhhhhhh after two or three minutes. As I see this is a problem that some of the HK Omni 20 have. How cain I solve my it?

I have a Omni 20 plus and have been experiencing audio lag of around 1.5 secs when I connect it to my TV using aux cable. Is this normal? Any solution?

same here, disappointed. Also when connected with my smartphone (both wi-fi or bluetooth) the music stops several times and this is happening repeatedly. Disappointed!

How many speakers can be connected together? if i mix omni20 and omni20+ with wi-fi streaming

There is no limitation on the HK Controller App on how many OMNI and OMNI+ can be grouped together. But the connectivity would depend on the bandwidth of your wireless router, if it would be capable of supporting x number of speakers.

Hi, I would like to know if the speaker has some kind of lag streaming via bluetooth sound from a movie. I read about issues from users saying that when they cast the audio of a movie to the omni 20+ the sound was 1.5 seconds delayed. Is that true?

What you are experiencing is a limitation of Bluetooth. When you start the video and audio at the same time, the audio will lag behind by the length of time it takes the Bluetooth hardware to receive. You won&rsquo;t notice this lag if you&rsquo;re listening to music, but if you&rsquo;re watching a video the sound may be marginally out of sync. Latency varies depending on the hardware and software setups you have. Unfortunately, this product is not necessarily designed to be used as a speaker for video. If your source device has the option of a wired connection, we recommend using this as an alternative. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

about a month ago my HK Omni 20 started buzzing, it will work great for about 2 minutes then it starts the buzzing. I am hardwired in and have used it on different computers to no avail.

How can I connect my Omni 20 Speaker to the Amazon Alexa Echo Show?

You maybe able to do that over Bluetooth. I connected my Echo Dot to it by holding down the Bluetooth button on the speaker to enable pairing mode. then said &quot;Alexa Pair&quot;. You can also use the alexa app to set it up.

No, Apt-X is not supported, and neither is AAC. The standard SBC codec is used in the Omni 20+.

Omni 20+ mentions '2 x 90mm woofers, 2 x 19mm tweeters'. Can you confirm if it's 90mm or 75mm? (Omni 20 spec mentions '2 x 75mm woofer, 2 x 19mm tweeter')

The Harman Kardon Omni 20 and Omni 20+ are two separate products, though they are very similar to each other. Those information that you have listed are both correct.
