Hi. I was connected to bar first day i bought. After week, yesterday, I tried in 3 devices, HKSB20 does not appear in any of 3 devices. I see device blinking white light but not the Blue light, which is a sign it does not connect to any device.Any Tips?

The HK SB20 goes into sleep mode although my TV is still on, I have restarted the system but it has not solved the problem, what can I do?

Is it necessary to re-pair the subwoofer after a power failure?

Hi Jano, Thank you for your question. Normally turning off and on a subwoofer would make it reconnect with the Soundbar if both of them are already paired together. In case it somehow lost the connection between them then you need to repair again, by pressing the "pair" button on the Soundbar first (located on the back) and shortly after pressing the subwoofer "pairing" button, it takes around 30-45 seconds to have a successful pairing. If you are still experiencing issues with your SB20, then contact our support at customer.support@harman.com

You say that "Harman Volume" has 3 settings - High/Low/Off - how do I know which is active?? You also say that "Sound Feedback" indicates the sending of a command - it beeps when switched, if on or off, I don't know, but nothing more !

Hi. Harman Volume's steps are not indicated anywhere, so you must simply discern between the two active states with your ears. Sound Feedback sends out a confirmation tone for some functions only. These are: 1. Bluetooth connected (excluding link lost reconnection). 2. Bluetooth is pairing 3. Sound feedback on/off 4. Max volume.

Hi! The SB 20 is not designed to get connected to any other speaker besides its soundbar and subwoofer.

Does the SB20 can be connected to a TV with Bluetooth?

The SB20 is connected to a TV using either an optical cable or HDMI cable.

When I turn off the TV, the SB20 turns off too (orange light), but immediatly the SB20 turns on (White light), even when the TV remains off, so I have to turn off manualy the SB20 (orange light), but after 1 or 2 minutes, it turns on again, with TV off.

Hi When your SB20 goes into standby together with your TV, it means a signal gets sent ( HDMI CEC ) from your TV. This works as intended. The SB20 would by itself not power on again, unless it gets a similar CEC command from a device. It may be that, even though the TV appears to be off, there is still some activity on the HDMI port, which triggers the SB20 to power on again. I would suggest that you start with testing this ( manually powering off the SB20, after you power off the TV ) with the CEC function on your TV disabled. If it then doesn't power on automatically after powering off manually, the issue is most likely caused by your TV when CEC is enabled. If you require further information, please contact your local Customer Support team

I'm hesitating to buy this product, I want to know if you see the sound adjustments going up or down when you want more/less sound? Do you see it on the screen?

Unfortunately, the SB20 does not have on-screen display or display panel to see the sound/audio adjustments.
