Hello! I downloaded app for android HK remote to control may SB26 soundbar. Unfortunately there is no options to connect with SB soundbars. There is only setup device for AVR, HK Aur, BDS and HK Onyx. any suggestions? BRGDS, Artis

Hi! Yes you may use the HK Remote app with the SB26 soundbar. You need to pair your mobile device with the SB26 via Bluetooth, then open the HK Remote app and it will show that it's connected with the SB26.

For the last week my sub has been coming in and out of signal with the bar. Usually for a couple seconds at a time but occasionally for longer. Please help.

You can disconnect the soundbar from the power and connect it again. Apparently, it resets the soundbar in some fashion.

Is there any way to shut off the box that pops up that says "Dolby Digital". It's comes every time after we fast forward out of a commercial, sometimes between commercials when watching live TV or change channels. It's gets really annoying.

I want to use the SB26-2 with a 55" samsung. Most descriptions I see say it is only good up to 42" tv. What are your thoughts about that?

With the proper cables and connections. It should work with most TV's regardless of the size.

Will my existing SB16 Sub connect to this SB26 bar?

The subwoofers that came along with the SB 16 and SB 26 can only be used with their respective soundbars. They cannot be interchanged.

how do i stop neighbors from playing music on my soundbar?

We need to do a reset on your SB 26. to do this, place your SB 26 in Standby mode. After this, please press the "Surround" and "Volume -" buttons at the same time, then let go immediately. If you keep the buttons pressed, the reset will fail. If successful, the "Surround" button will flash white for about a second, the "Power" button flashes amber/white, and then turns white. The sound bar should enter its operational mode and should be successfully reset by this time. You would need to pair your audio device to it again through the Bluetooth button and I would advice to only turn on the Bluetooth setup for trusted devices. if this does not answer your question, we would like to work with you directly to help you with your issue.
