Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, nice package, good flexibility I bought this for my son who lives at home and commutes to college. This fills most reasonable-sized rooms.The sound is impressive and compares extremely well with a Bose Wave radio (the comparison was done using the auxiliary input on the Bose). The Bluetooth connection posed no problems for any of us trying it out with our phones and computers (Android & iPhone, Windows & Mac). The WiFi connection also worked fine so far on the iPhones and Mac. Haven't yet tried that yet with either Android or Windows. (The Bluetooth worked too well, I guess.) My only regret is that I didn't get a second one for the kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool speaker for any room Cool design. Very good sound. The bass can be adjusted via HK Remote app. Blue tooth pairing and wifi connection are easy to set up. Works well with my Amazon Eco Dot.

How long do I charge my Aura Studio ?

Hi! The Aura Studio is designed to work while plugged in. It doesn't have a built in battery.

how can I connect Aura to my PC I buy Bluetooth adapter it have to have PIN? do u know what the pin

There's no pin code required for the HK Aura when pairing it with any Bluetooth-enabled audio source device. It would normally be the source that is requesting for the pin. Try entering "0000," "1111" or "1234" when your device asks for a PIN. These are some of the most common default Bluetooth PINs.

Hi, I know aura is a bluetooth speaker and will connect seamlessly to bluetooth devices such as mobile phones, tablets etc but will it connect via bluetooth to my laptop? If so how is it done and do I need to download any drivers? Thanks.

Connecting the Aura to your PC should not have any issues as long as your computer is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the Aura should work. The Aura does not require any specific drivers. It utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most computers. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the Aura is a speaker; your computer must connect to the Aura using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.

My Aura makes the vocals super quiet and almost inaudible at times. I think maybe it has something to do with tracks mixed in stereo but I could be wrong, I'm no expert. For example: AC/DC's Back in Black, I can hardly hear the vocal. Can I update to fix?

Hi. There is no update for Aura, and it should have no problem playing stereo signals. But how do you feed the signal to your Aura? If you use Bluetooth, this problem should not happen, especially if you use normal streaming services like Spotify or Tidal. If you use analog input, please check that the plug you use is compatible. You cannot use 4-pole plugs, for instance. If you need additional help in troubleshooting, please contact Harman Helpdesk, which is the best way of getting assistance. Is it possible to pair two units together to get stereo sound?

The HK Aura does not have the feature to connect to another HK Aura. As of this point in time, our Onyx Studio 4s are the only speakers that have this feature (connecting another Onyx Studio 4 to another Onyx Studio 4 with the HK Connect+ feature, then using the HK Connect app to do the stereo setup and the source MUST be Bluetooth, not a wired connection)

The USB port on the HK Aura is only used for firmware upgrade or Wi-Fi set up only and will not play media from a USB thumbdrive.

We could control the bass via the hk remote app with iphone. Where do we do the bass control when we connect with the Macbook? There are no apps.
